AT&T - ACTION REQUIRED - NEW Core/Mini Bundle Program

ACTION REQUIRED!!   AT&T's New Core/Mini Bundle Program!

Effective with July 2007 closes and moving forward, AT&T (Pub 962, 927, 836, 829, 514, 997, 815, 724, 717) is bundling the Core and Mini directories into one package offer.  All advertising placed in the Core directory entitles the client to exact duplication in the associated Mini, excluding Premium (Cover & Tab products) and White Page Items.  The rates charged for advertising placed in the core directory will include duplication of advertising in the associated mini directory at no additional cost.

Order Processing:

Ø      To ensure the ad is included in the Mini directory, orders must be replicated from the Core directory and submitted for the Mini directory.

Ø      Failure to submit a duplicate Mini order will result in the absence of the ad from appearing in the Mini Book.   Billing will not be adjusted on the Core or the Mini book in cases where the order is not submitted on the Mini book.

Ø      If changes are made to the Core directory Order, a replication of the changes must be made for the Mini Directory order.

Ø      Standard UDAC's should be used for both the Core and Mini order (I.e. no special UDACS or Incentive Codes are required for the Mini items).

Ø      Advertisers must have paid advertising in the Core book to be eligible for duplicate advertising in the Mini book.

Ø      A new pricing program has been created in YPA Rate & Data titled "ATT-Core/Mini Market Bundle Program # 003000".  This program will replace the "Mini Directory Pricing Program # 002575" as directories go into rate hold.

Artwork Processing

Ø      Elite for Graphics Users - CMRs should use the Copy Reuse function for the Mini directory.  Replicate Art Ids on all AT&T Mini/Companion directories when copying art from the full size directory.  A copy of the AWT is required for Pub 836, 829, 514 directories until further notice.

Ø      Non-Elite for Graphics Users can replicate Art IDs on all AT&T Mini/Companion directories when copying art from the full size directory.  A copy of the AWT is required for Pub 836, 829, 514 directories until further notice.

Ø      Refer to recent ELINCs dated March 13 & 15, 2007 for additional guidelines on reusing Art Ids.

Loyalty Placement

As a reminder, loyalty placement on any new display items placed in AT&T Mini directories is based on the date the Mini order is received.  Existing Mini display advertisers will maintain their loyalty placement date from when their order was originally submitted.   So act quickly to get your Mini directory order in now, if you haven't already.
