The invoice summary statements 02280CMR070000000, and remittances sent via the ELITE E-Billing system, February 08, 2007, reflected the incorrect NYPS commission 22% for the Lincoln 103971 directory only. Our Financial System @ the Berry Company shows the invoice summary statements with the correct NYPS commission 32% for the Lincoln 103971 directory only. For Example if you advertised in the Lincoln 103971 directory and the revenue on order per your E-Billing invoice summary statements was 180.00 you were billed 140.40 (22%) incorrectly but our internal system invoiced your advertising for 122.40 (32%) correctly. Please be aware of this discrepancy and when you are making payments to the Berry Company for the Lincoln 02/07 issue please short pay the 10% due to the commission error. Since the invoice is reflected correctly in our system we will not require a 1080 or 1090. If you need to do something internally for your system then please do not send a 1080 with your payment. The Berry Company is unable to resend corrected invoice summary statements and remittances due to YPA E-Billing procedures. Thanks for your cooperation. Directories COMBINING in Kansas

Effective immediately, Nex-Tech Directory Services is combining Russell-Osborne (#028595) into Nex-Tech Directory (#028044).

With the purchase of Russell-Osborne (#028595) from Sprint Embarked, Nex-Tech Directory Services has decided to combine this directory with the publication of Nex-Tech Directory (#028044).  Rates, coverage, ad specs, close and pub date will coincide with Nex-Tech (#028044). 

CMR ACTION: CMRs are asked to simply transfer current orders from Russell-Osborne (#028595) into Nex-Tech (#028044) directory.  The date to have these transferred by is Friday, March 9^th, 2007.  Russell-Osborne (#028595) will be deleted from IRIS on March 14^th and will not be viewable on the April 2007 Issue of Rates & Data.

WHAT ABOUT SPRINT INCENTIVES? Russell-Osborne (#028595) orders with Sprint Embarked incentives before the transfer (10/06/2006) was made will be valid this year, but will roll out to a comparable NEX incentive.  Orders must maintain or increase the advertising revenue AFTER the incentive has been applied in order to qualify.  Please call for details.
