AT&T - Critical Changes to Art Submission Guidelines for AT&T Pubco's

New System Enhancements allow CMRs to use Copy Reuse (CR) for submitting artwork.........

Starting February 26, 2007, all AT&T Pubco's will allow Copy Reuse (CR) functionality in Elite. The Copy Reuse (CR) function allows CMRs the ability to use artwork from one directory and reuse the same art piece in another directory. As AT&T transitions to the Copy Reuse functionality, some accounts will be queried requiring CMRs to submit new Art IDs.

The following YPA guidelines must be used to ensure accuracy across all AT&T Pubco Regions:

Art IDs must be unique per art piece and can have no variations under that same Art ID.
A change in artwork will require a new Art ID.
Due to ad size variances, CMRs must use different Art IDs based on AT&T Pubco Regions and column sizes.
CMRs can use Copy Reuse on all AT&T Mini directories when copying art from the full size directory
If the same ad is to appear at multiple headings, you must indicate on the artwork transmittal each heading. For Elite, use the instruction field.
Per YPA guidelines, AT&T will not be responsible or make adjustments if a CMR fails to use unique Art IDs.

The SunShine Pages, publisher of 14 directories in LA, MS and FL, has announced new strategic directives for 2007.

Effectively immediately, SunShine Pages (Pub Code #0530) will no longer publish the following directories in Broward County Florida:

· Northwest Broward #012160

· Southwest Broward #012389
