Subject: Verizon® Yellow Pages -- New England White Page Listing Requests

As a reminder to an elinc issued on 12/1/06, the Verizon Directory Support Center in Charleston WV no longer handles White Page Listing Requests (3235s) for New England directories. The procedure for New England 3235s is the same as the procedure for NY 3235s.  The 3235s for foreign listings in both New York and New England directories should be sent to the Maryland SRC Imaging Center as instructed in the 12/1/06 elinc.

INFORMATION AS IT APPEARED IN THE ELINC DATED 12/1/06:

Verizon announces changes to the processing of New England foreign listings.

Effective Monday, 12/4/2006, New England foreign listings work (work previously processed by Verizon WVA DSC) will be processed by the Verizon New York Directory Support Center.  Please follow the same procedures, already in place, for New York foreign listings.

***Due to short notice of this procedural change: A one week window for 3235’s forms that are sent in error to the WVA DSC will be processed.  This will ensure any/all 3235s forms sent to either office during the week of 12/4/06 – 12/11/06 will be completed.

CMRs should mail 3235 forms for New York and New England directories to the Verizon scanning center located in the Maryland SRC as follows:

Please note - when using regular mail, there may be delays due to mail sorting issues.  The most time efficient process is to send it directly to the Overnight mail address.

All misdirected 3235 forms that are mailed directly to the NY DSC for processing will be returned to the CMR, unprocessed, to follow the proper procedure put into place as stated above.

Confirmation of completed forms, rejected forms, and questions related to 3235s will be issued to the CMRs via fax.
