Second Zero Dollar Order Must be Entered for

Bundled RHD Plus Directories

R.H. Donnelley recently announced a National Plus directory bundle offering designed to enhance exposure with minimal incremental investment. Rates for the Plus directory have been bundled in with rates for the core directory in many RHD markets. Where implemented, rates for the related Plus directory have been set to zero except on specialty, awareness and other limited inventory Items, and coupons. To be included in the Plus directory, identical orders must be placed in both the core and related Plus books.

REMINDER: If you have placed orders in any of the following core directories and have not placed a duplicate order in the corresponding Plus directory, please enter those now to ensure the content prints in the Plus book. If no order is submitted for the Plus directory, advertising will not appear in the Plus directory.

NATIONAL PLUS BUNDLE:

• Two directories, one simple price. The core directory and a smaller, more convenient plus directory bundled at one price.
• Rates for the Plus directory will be bundled in with the rates of the core directory.
• Plus directories will indicate a $0.00 rate in Rates & Data.

Placing Orders:  IMPORTANT!

• Orders for the core directories remain unchanged.
• Orders will need to be replicated from the core directory and submitted for the Plus directory.
• If an order has already been submitted for one of these core directories, you will need to submit a second order for the related Plus directory.
• If no order is submitted for the Plus directory, advertising will not appear in the Plus directory.
• If changes are made to order in the core directory, a replication of the changes must be made for the Plus directory. Both change orders must be submitted.

Ad Copy/Artwork for Plus Directories:
·       Pub Codes: 0569, 0626, 0651, 0668, 0687, & 0883 --
·       Additional or separate copy is not required for the Plus directory, however a separate Artwork Transmittal (AWT) form is required. The AWT for the Plus directory should refer to the Art ID, core directory name, core directory number. A photocopy of the core ad on the Plus AWT is also necessary.

·       Pub Codes: 0794 & 0822 --
·       Additional separate copy and art transmittals are required for the Plus directories.

RE:                    Seattle Business WP & Government Pages Update
              

The Business White Pages and Government Pages will be moving from the Seattle Metro White Pages Directory to the Seattle Metro Yellow Pages.  All orders for the Business White Pages and Government Pages should continue to be entered into YPA code 077677; however, they will actually print within the Seattle Metro Yellow Pages directory (077678).

The Seattle White Pages Business Edition will be discontinued.   

The Seattle Metro White Pages product will become a stand-alone residential white pages volume.

RE:                     Navigational Tabs Now Available in Seattle
              

Four navigational tabs will be available in the 2007 Seattle Metro Yellow Pages Directory (077678).  The tabs will be:

1. Entertainment & Shopping

2.  Maps
3.  Business & Government Listings
4.  Yellow Pages & Coupons

Each tab will be placed ahead of the related Front-of-Book content section and will have a detailed index and space for notes at the top half of the front side.  The bottom-half of the front side of the tab along with the entire full page on the back side of the tab will be available for sale as a single ad item. 

Seattle navigation tabs are available as a zoned (partial market delivery or full) market product.
