Presented each year by the Yellow Pages Association™, the Industry Excellence Awards recognize outstanding innovations in several unique categories. Award winners will be honored before their peers at the closing gala on Tuesday, May 1, 2007. This is the premier event celebrating true excellence in the Yellow Pages industry. All entries must be received by Friday, February 2, 2007 This is your opportunity to showcase your creative marketing ideas, plans and communication tools. You may enter as many categories as you wish. Winners will be recognized at the Industry Awards Gala and will receive the Yellow Pages Association™ Industry Excellence Award. Don't miss this chance to have your team's creative talents honored by your peers! Who Should Enter: The competition is open to all YPA™ members. Eligibility: To be eligible, programs must be completed in the 2006 calendar year. Fill in the one page submission summary sheet for each entry. Please provide a single copy of the summary sheet along with any backup documentation with your entry submission. Click here for the submission summary sheet. 2. Submit one (1) copy of the Entry Form along with a nonrefundable $175 entry fee for each entry. Each unique item (e.g. an ad, TV or radio commercial) is considered one entry. A campaign or series of commercials with one unified theme, however, may also be considered a single entry.
